Coupons

Lately it seems everyone is trying to save money, with gas prices going up everyday and rumors of them reaching $5 a gallon this summer, anyway you can save is good right?

A girl I went to high school with started a facebook page/blog about the art of coupon-ing.  In the past few weeks I have been following her tips and hints and I have learned allot of secrets, such as... this local grocery store (about 5 minutes from my job) has been doing triple coupons, for the past 8 months. Seriously how did I NOT know this???!??? Triple coupons. That means that any coupon values 99cents or less, can be tripled.  Today I decided to try this out and see if I could save money the way she had.

This is what I got: (I have listed product purchased, was price, then price I paid after coupons and store discounts)

Tostitos artisan Chips, 1 bag: Was $3.99  Paid $1.90
